This guy spent the first 9 years of his life tied to a tree. This border collie/husky mix was finally rescued, and then it was discovered he was heartworm positive. He's been treated and is now heartworm-free and needs to find a home where he can enjoy life and love a special family. Arfons gets on great with other dogs and cats too.
