Andre is blind, and he also has some neurological impediments that cause him to have balance issues, stumble, and circle. He will need a home where someone can devote a lot of time to him in the beginning to help him work through some of these issues. He’s a very loving and affectionate dog, but because of his issues he will need a very devoted owner.
