The official diagnosis is
Oculoskeletal dysplasia and associated multiple ocular anomalies including retinal non-attachment and congenital blindness. The prognosis is that he is a very happy, well adjusted little guy who is not in any pain, and we have every expectation that he will have a wonderful and happy life ♥️ For now, he is taking daily eye drops to slow down any potential glaucoma.
